First time trying Ashwaganda, comes in pill form making it easy to gather servings. 🦾 I noticed a reduction in stress, and performance.
First time trying Ashwaganda. I always wake up feeling rested, and ready for the next workout. I do sleep in about an hour or two when I train too hard, but I'm always waking up feeling good. 9.5/10
Super good and noticeable difference in performance and growth. There isn’t really any aftertaste. But it’s pill/capsule so there’s usually that noticeable aftertaste of the capsule!!! Overall 10/10
